In these two videos Carol Coleman builds a 10'X10' Modular/Portable Gothic peak style greenhouse using our model DY-12 Hoop Bender. She bends the hoops using common 1" emt (electrical metal tubing) from the local hardware store and our 1" emt quick connectors. This same hoop design can also be installed as a conventional stationary hoophouse anchored to the earth with pipe stakes.
Carol uses the hoop design developed by Eliot Coleman and myself several years ago. Eliots incorporation into the design of the scissor/curtain door simplifies access and ventalition at a very low cost.
